В современном образовательном пространстве, масштабы и скорость инновационного развития в области строительства архитектуры выдвигают особые требования к процессу обучения соответствующих вузах. свете этих требований, появляется неотложная потребность определении систематизации основных принципов обучения, способствующих формированию профессиональных компетенций будущих специалистов архитектуры. Исследование позволит выявить основные тенденции развитии строительно-архитектурных вузах, оценить их эффективность определить преимущества ограничения при использовании принципов. Это обеспечит практическую ценность для преподавателей руководителей образовательных учреждений, которые смогут применить полученные знания рекомендации улучшения качества образования данной сфере. Разнообразие методов форм а также интеграция рамках принципа вариативности, обеспечивает максимальную образовательного процесса. Применение данного Нижегородском государственном архитектурно-строительном университете с 2020 по 2023 год позволило увеличить активность студентов процессе на 33% повысить уровень учебной успеваемости 20%.
